FCHC ENT is located on the first floor of the FCHC North Medical office building on the campus of Fulton County Health Center at 725 South Shoop Avenue in Wauseon, Ohio.

Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM & Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

New patients are always welcome and some appointments are scheduled same or next day.
